| It’s a great honor and privilege to welcome you to the 57th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Japanese Society for Pediatric Endocrinology (JSPE), which has a long tradition and rich history. We will do our best to make this meeting fruitful and contribute to the further development of JSPE. The theme of this annual meeting is "Exploration and Deepening". The word "exploration" means to seek and investigate the unknown, while "deepening" implies to deepen things and ideas and get a better understanding. This is a message to all potential participants of this meeting to always have and pursue (Clinical and/or Research) Questions, and to engage in deep thinking to seek Answers to these Questions. Our goal is to host an academic meeting where practitioners and researchers from diverse backgrounds—regardless of experience, age, gender, region of origin, or field of interest—can gather to "meet," "learn," "teach," "discuss," and "enjoy" with their peers. Currently the program committee members are diligently preparing for the conference. We sincerely look forward to meeting all of you at the 57th Annual Meeting for JSPE in Yokohama, Japan.
