About the Meeting Format
| This meeting will be held on-site and will offer some programs via on-demand streaming as follows: Participants who register by October 12th can choose to participate either on-site or via on-demand streaming. Participants who register on or after October 13th can only participate via on-demand streaming. |

| Proof of Registration Category Those within 5 years of graduation should download and complete the registration category certificate and upload it during registration. Undergraduate students should upload a photo of their student ID.

Advance Reservations for Luncheon Educational Seminars, Evening Educational Seminars, Sponsored Invited Lecture, and Sweets Educational Seminars
| Luncheon Educational Seminars, Evening Educational Seminars, Sponsored Invited Lecture, and Sweets Educational Seminars will provide lunch boxes, light meals, and refreshments. Participation in these seminars requires advance reservations. Please follow the steps below to make a reservation. | ||||
| 1) | Advance Reservation Period: Monday, September 2 to Friday, October 4, 18:00 (Japan time) *Reservations may close before the deadline if the maximum number is reached. |

| 2) | Please make advance reservations through "My Page" accessible after registration. | |||
| 3) | On the day of the meeting, visit the pre-registration reception to receive your reservation tickets for all reserved seminars. | |||
| 4) | Exchange the reservation ticket for a lunch box, light meal, or refreshments and enter the seminar venue. *Participants without reservations may still attend based on availability, but those with reservations will have priority for meals and refreshments. |

Program and Abstracts
| 1) | PDF Program and Abstract The PDF version will be available on the "My Page". After paying the registration fee, both members and non-members can access the "Program and Abstract Collection" menu on "My Page". |

| 2) | Web Abstracts "My Page" will offer searchable online programs and abstracts. The expected publication date is around October 8. |

Registration and Payment Method
| 1. | Personal Information Registration Please follow these steps to register your personal information (name, participation category, etc.): |

| 2) | Click "Register Email Address" and register your email. | |||
| 3) | You will receive an email with the subject "Please Register Your Personal Information" containing the "Personal Information Registration Form URL". If you do not receive it, please contact the 57th JSPE Meeting Secretariat via email ( jspe57@gressco.jp ). |

| 4) | Access the URL in the email to complete the registration. | |||
| 5) | After registration, you will receive an email titled "Account Issued (Registration Not Completed)" containing your login ID. | |||

| 1) | Click the URL in the "Account Issued (Registration Not Completed)" email to log in to "My Page". ID: Sent via email after personal information registration Password: Set during personal information registration |

| 2) | After logging in to "My Page", proceed to pay the registration fee. | |||
| 3) | Your registration will be complete upon payment. | |||
| 4) | Confirm registration details through "My Page". | |||
| 5) | Cancellation: No cancellations or refunds are possible after payment for any reason. Please ensure all details are correct before registering. Refunds are not possible if you cannot attend due to personal reasons. Avoid duplicate registrations. | |||
| 6) | Receipt and Participation Certificate: | |||
| 7) | Receipts can be downloaded from "My Page" after payment. Participation certificates will be available for download from "My Page" during the event.
